By BaanVelgen · Updated 27 September 2026

Custom-made forged wheels for the Ferrari 849 Testarossa are available to order through BaanVelgen. Start with BC Forged, HRE or Brixton Forged, and build the specification around your car, tyre choice and preferred finish. Dedicated exhaust systems, NOVITEC lowering and NOVITEC aerodynamics are separate, future upgrade categories in our collection.

This guide brings together Ferrari-confirmed specifications, our recommended wheel designs and practical advice for planning a complete setup. Factory facts, BaanVelgen recommendations and future aftermarket plans are identified separately.

Which Forged Wheels Should You Choose?

Our shortlist: BC Forged RZ25, HRE 505M, Brixton Forged TR20 Circuit+ and Brixton Forged PF10-RS. These are four different design directions for a custom-made order. The recommendation concerns wheel design and construction; the front and rear dimensions are agreed for your car before production.

BC Forged RZ25: Our Custom Monoblock Starting Point

The RZ25 is a one-piece forged wheel with a modern, concave design. We would start here for an owner who wants a contemporary appearance with extensive finish choices. The combination of finish, spoke profile and individual specification lets you choose a restrained or more distinctive result.

Concavity depends on the final dimensions and brake clearance; it should be selected as part of the complete specification. Explore the BC Forged RZ25.

HRE 505M: A Vintage-Inspired Direction

The HRE 505M brings the design language of the HRE Vintage Series to a forged monoblock wheel. It is our recommendation for an owner who wants a classic wheel aesthetic alongside the 849's contemporary bodywork. A subtle finish can keep the overall result understated, while a contrasting finish makes the wheel a stronger visual feature.

Brixton Forged TR20 Circuit+: Three-Piece Mesh Design

The TR20 Circuit+ is a three-piece forged wheel with a motorsport-inspired mesh design. Its intricate pattern offers a different visual direction from the monoblock choices in this shortlist. We would choose it for a build where the wheel itself should be a prominent design feature.

Brixton Forged PF10-RS: Contemporary Monoblock Design

The PF10-RS is a one-piece forged monoblock from Brixton's RS-Series. It offers a contemporary alternative to the TR20 Circuit+, with optional text and groove colour accents for owners who want additional personalisation.

Choose the complete specification, not just the photograph. Wheel dimensions, brake clearance, load requirements, tyre choice and ride height belong in the same proposal. Forged construction alone does not establish a weight saving over the original Ferrari wheels.

Can You Keep the Original Ferrari Tyres?

Yes, a custom wheel proposal can be built around retaining your existing tyres, provided the selected wheel dimensions and tyre specification are compatible. Ferrari's published reference sizes are 265/35 R20 front and 325/30 R20 rear: both use a 20-inch wheel diameter.

If you want a larger-diameter rear wheel, the original 20-inch rear tyre cannot transfer to it. For example, a 21-inch rear wheel requires a corresponding 21-inch tyre. Diameter alone is not enough: wheel width, tyre load and speed ratings, clearance and the front-to-rear rolling circumference relationship also matter.

For the quotation, send the sizes actually fitted to your car and tell us whether you want to retain the tyres. We can then present an original-diameter proposal or a complete alternative wheel-and-tyre package. There is no single offset or width recommendation in this guide that applies to every 849 configuration.

Ferrari 849 Testarossa Exhaust Upgrades

Future category: this guide does not announce an orderable 849-specific iPE or NOVITEC exhaust. These brands are part of our future exhaust coverage if dedicated applications are released.

Start your exhaust brief with the result you want: a more pronounced sound, a balanced character for longer journeys or a particular tailpipe appearance. A useful product comparison will identify the exact components, valve operation, vehicle version and market application, rather than treating every exhaust configuration as the same upgrade.

We will add product-specific options with their confirmed application and ordering information. Power gains, weight savings, materials and delivery dates belong to the individual documented system; they are not assumed here. An SF90 exhaust listing does not establish compatibility with the 849.

Future NOVITEC Lowering for the 849 Testarossa

Future category: NOVITEC lowering is part of BaanVelgen's planned 849 coverage. At the review date, the public NOVITEC Ferrari model overview does not list an 849 Testarossa programme. This is not a statement about any unpublished supplier development.

If a lower stance is part of your plan, mention it before ordering wheels. Ride height changes the relationship between the tyres and bodywork, so the wheel proposal should account for the intended setup from the start. You can also order wheels for the original ride height without committing to lowering.

Any future lowering recommendation will identify the relevant suspension version, Assetto Fiorano application where applicable, lift-system compatibility and supplier-specified lowering range. No lowering amount or retention of lift functionality is confirmed by this guide.

Future NOVITEC Aerodynamics and Carbon Components

Future category: model-specific NOVITEC aerodynamics is a separate part of our 849 upgrade plan. Front, side and rear styling should be considered together with the wheel design and intended ride height.

For an owner planning carbon exterior additions, the useful decisions now are the desired overall appearance, preferred finish and whether the car should remain visually restrained or become more distinctive. These preferences can already guide the wheel proposal.

Actual components will be presented only with confirmed model and body-style applications, material information and installation requirements. This guide does not confirm a splitter, diffuser, side-skirt or rear-wing release, and does not attribute aerodynamic gains to unreleased parts.

How to Build Your 849 Testarossa Specification

  1. Identify the car. Tell us whether you have the coupé or Spider, the relevant suspension equipment, Assetto Fiorano specification and any existing modifications.
  2. Choose the design direction. Send your preferred wheel from the shortlist, a finish preference or a reference image.
  3. Set the tyre and stance brief. Include the current tyre sizes, whether you want to retain them, and any future lowering plans.
  4. Review the complete proposal. Your quotation sets out the wheel specification, finish, included items, tyre options, price and expected lead time before ordering.

Custom-made wheels can be the first step. Future exhaust, lowering and aerodynamic components can follow as dedicated products become available, with each addition specified for the car.

Ferrari 849 Testarossa Upgrade FAQ

Can I order Ferrari 849 Testarossa wheels now?

Yes. BaanVelgen supplies custom-made forged wheel sets for the 849 Testarossa. Choose a design and request a proposal with the specification, finish, price and production lead time for your car.

Which wheel design is best for my 849 Testarossa?

Our starting point is the BC Forged RZ25 for a modern custom monoblock. Choose the HRE 505M for a vintage-inspired look, the Brixton TR20 Circuit+ for three-piece mesh styling or the Brixton PF10-RS for a contemporary RS-Series design. The best choice depends on your preferred appearance and complete specification.

Does the Ferrari 849 Testarossa use 20-inch rear tyres?

Ferrari lists 325/30 R20 rear tyres and 265/35 R20 front tyres for the coupé. A change to a larger wheel diameter requires a matching tyre diameter and a complete assessment of the wheel-and-tyre combination.

Are NOVITEC parts or an iPE exhaust confirmed by this guide?

No. Custom wheel orders are available through BaanVelgen; the exhaust, NOVITEC lowering and NOVITEC aerodynamic sections describe future collection coverage. They do not announce an available kit or a supplier launch date.

Can I use Ferrari SF90 parts on the 849 Testarossa?

SF90 fitment alone is not sufficient. The exact product application must cover your 849 Testarossa and relevant equipment. This applies to exhausts, suspension and body components as well as wheel specifications.

Can the same parts be used on the coupé, Spider and Assetto Fiorano?

Each order is specified for the individual car. A product listed for one body style or suspension configuration should not be assumed to cover the others.
