BBS FI-R forged wheels for the Ford GT combine forged monoblock construction with the distinctive weight-relief milling that defines the FI-R design. The Ford GT application uses vehicle-specific half-millimetre offsets and a substantial difference between front and rear wheel widths.

The FI-R 155 and 156 form a matched forged set developed around the Ford GT's chassis and tyre proportions.
