BAAN Air Suspension Lowering Links for Tesla Model S Palladium are a model-specific mechanical lowering solution for the Tesla Model S Palladium equipped with factory adaptive air suspension.

The Tesla Model S Palladium combines a high-performance electric liftback body with an adjustable factory suspension system. BAAN Lowering Links let the owner give the refreshed Model S a cleaner low-speed stance without adding software or an electronic suspension controller.

Because the adjustment remains mechanical, the installation does not introduce an additional control unit into the vehicle wiring. This is especially useful on a high-performance electric liftback where owners want the visual result without changing the original suspension architecture.

Creating the correct wheel-to-arch balance

Usable front range 0–50 mm lower, approximately
Usable rear range 0–50 mm lower, approximately

A conservative OEM+ setting normally leaves more suspension travel and ground clearance than the maximum position. Always verify tyre, underbody and sensor-link clearance.

Why use a mechanical sensor-link solution?

At each sensor location, the original fixed linkage is exchanged for an adjustable one. A carefully measured change in length produces a corresponding change in static body position. Reinstalling the factory links restores the original mechanical reference.

Product highlights

  • Adjustable mechanical ride-height control for the front and rear axles.

Vehicle and suspension compatibility

This product is intended for the following application when equipped with factory adaptive air suspension:

  • Model S Palladium

Suspension specifications can vary by market, model year and optional equipment. Send BaanVelgen the VIN when confirmation is required before ordering.

Complete package

  • Front axle adjustable sensor links
  • Rear axle adjustable sensor links
  • Preassembled connection sockets and safety clips
  • Adjustment and installation information

Installation, settling and alignment

The links are a direct sensor-link replacement and generally require around 60–90 minutes to install. Record the wheel-centre-to-arch measurements, begin from the supplied baseline and make only small symmetrical adjustments.

The final setup should be checked in the normal road mode and with normal tyre pressures. Reinspect the lock nuts and safety clips after the first period of use.

Model S Palladium lowering-link FAQ

Can the height be adjusted without removing the links?

Yes. Opposing left-hand and right-hand threads allow the centre adjuster to be rotated while both sockets remain connected to the vehicle.

Does the kit require coding?

No. The ride-height change is created mechanically and does not require software coding or an electronic lowering module.

Will the original suspension modes remain available?

Yes. The factory controls and selectable suspension modes remain available, although the vehicle operates around the newly selected static height.

Should the alignment be checked?

Yes. A wheel-alignment check is recommended after the vehicle has settled, particularly with a larger drop or non-standard wheels.

Can the original height be restored?

Yes. The links can be readjusted and the original factory links can also be reinstalled.
